You’ll then work with a team of specialist trainers and practitioners who will collaborate to develop a personalised movement and lifestyle programme for you, to attain sustainable results.

Our Philosophy

One to One Training

In our personal training studio we keep sessions limited to five per hour for a spacious, community vibe. Here you will find functional, aesthetic equipment hand-picked by our head trainers including state of the art classical pilates tools. For those that prefer a more intimate or relaxing setting, there is also a private one to one studio used for our holistic offerings. After your workout, grab a complimentary shake from our café and a refreshing chilled towel.

Offering a maximum capacity of 4-10 people per class, we strive to create an intimate and tailored environment where each participant receives individualised attention and guidance.
Our carefully curated group class schedule has been designed to ensure we can support you at every step, no matter your goals.
