SLEEP TIGHT: BODYISM HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE

This Bodyism Hot Chocolate is a quick and easy way to nourish your body. For a deep, rejuvenating night’s sleep, we’ve added a scoop of Serenity supplement which gives you bioavailable protein, magnesium and lots of soothing herbs. It’s James’s favourite late-night snack and has been the saviour for many of our clients who have trouble falling asleep.

Shake: Hot Chocolate

The INGREDIENTS…

1 cup rice milk
1 scoop Serenity
1 tbsp cacao
1/2 banana

The RECIPE…

  1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Mix well and heat slowly on the hob.
  3. Once warm, pour into a mug and enjoy.
