For the porridge
3/4 cup Rude Health porridge oats
½ banana mashed
1 ¼ cup Rude Health Ultimate Almond Drink
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 scoop Protein Excellence
Toppings
1 tbsp almond butter
½ sliced banana
Hemp seeds
Toasted hazelnuts
Coconut yogurt
The RECIPE…
- In a saucepan mix the oats, banana and almond milk. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.
- Stir in the protein excellence supplement, cinnamon and coconut oil.
- Pour in a bowl and top with almond butter, sliced banana, hemp seeds and hazelnuts.
