Bliss Balls: Berry Burn Medicine Balls
These little Berry Burn bliss balls are one of the easiest (and most delicious ways) to fuel yourself up before a workout or if you’re strutting down the LFW catwalk this week, they are a perfect pre-show energy burst. We call these ‘medicine balls’ as unlike many of the ‘bliss balls’ that you can now buy in most health stores, we’ve been extra careful that the balls contain really healthy superfoods which are genuinely nourishing rather than just filling them with dates. The pumpkin puree adds a natural sweetness; I think these taste like jam doughnuts!

Makes 5 balls
10g Bodyism Berry Burn Supplement
10g hemp seeds
10g chia seeds
30g pumpkin puree
30g dessicated coconut
20g cashew butter (or any nut butter you like)
Dessicated Coconut for sprinkling
Freeze dried berry powder (optional) for sprinkling
Soak the dates in water for about an hour (until soft).
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Mix some desiccated coconut in some freeze dried berry powder and then roll the balls in desiccated coconut and place in the freezer.
