Amelia was born in Auckland, New Zealand, where she grew up dancing from the age of four years old. After becoming a Junior Associate of the New Zealand School of Dance she moved to Melbourne to train full time at the Australian Ballet School where she graduated with a Diploma in Dance, before touring with Projection Dance Company.
Upon moving to London at the end of 2012, she danced with the English National Ballet, performing in their productions of Swan Lake and Romeo and Juliet. She now teaches adult ballet to spread the benefits of this classical art form.
From the moment Amelia came across Bodyism she was immediately drawn to the incredibly motivating and positive environment, and the values that Bodyism spreads of nurturing the body from the inside out. She is so grateful to be part of such an inspiring and supportive team.
